The bankruptcy data is sourced directly from the courts and updated weekly. The information includes name and address, bankruptcy type, file and discharge date. The data can be sorted by zip code, filing date, bankruptcy type and the distance from your dealership allowing you to target the leads you want to work with. You can also create custom data filters that will recall your preferences with a single click.
The BK Marketing module includes several time-tested letter templates. You can also create your own custom letters that can be saved and recalled for future mailings. You also have the option of printing mailing labels if you choose to use a pre-printed mailer or post card.
When a bankruptcy customer contacts you, the software allows you to quickly locate that customer in the database and import their information directly into the LotPro Leads Module module. You can now begin the subprime process including single click export of the completed application to either DealerTrack or Route One for instant approval.
